Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Click "Manage subscription" — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.
You retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not automatic but we'll consider pro-rated refunds case-by-case if you contact support@lancerank.com.
If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the trial doesn't reset — that's a one-time-per-account benefit.
