If you're still building reputation, your profile shows "Building reputation" instead of a number. This isn't a bug — it's how we handle profiles that don't yet have enough verified signal to publish a credible score.
What gets you to a real number:
- Verified platform reputation (sync via the Chrome extension)
- Verified direct reviews on LanceRank
- Vouched offline projects
- Passed skill quizzes
