Your dashboard's Path to your next stage panel shows the highest-leverage actions you can take, ranked by what they'd actually do for your score. Each action is simulated against your real data — we re-run the algorithm with the action applied and report the actual point delta.
Common high-impact moves:
- Connect more platforms — Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, 99designs.
- Request verified reviews from past clients — uses single-use links you generate yourself. Direct reviews backed by a real payment trail also feed Platform Credibility (3+ → +5, 8+ → +7).
- Add vouched offline projects — feeds Track Record alongside platform jobs. A vouch from an established company domain counts for more than one from a free webmail address, and only one counted vouch per client domain per year.
- Pass skill quizzes — drives the Skills factor (capped at 5 points).
- Keep recent work flowing — Recency is 20 of your 100 points, and it only refreshes on externally-verified activity (an extension re-sync, a scrape-confirmed count increase, a payment-verified review, or a client-confirmed vouch), so keep real work landing.
- Finish your identity proofs — Stripe Identity (a government ID), LinkedIn OAuth, and GitHub OAuth all build the Claimant Credibility factor (20 pts). A government-ID check carries the most weight.
One strong platform alone can score around 85. Multi-platform is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
