First sync timings after you claim:
- Extension path — typically under 5 minutes. The data is read straight from your browser and lands on your profile within a couple of recalc cycles.
- Email / paste-URL path — up to 1 hour. The job is queued behind other scrapes and runs through our residential proxy pipeline.
Re-scrape cadence after the first sync:
- Free tier — every 60 days
- Pro tier — every 14 days
- Extension manual sync — instant. Push the button any time you want fresh data.
If something's stuck past these timings (24h+ for the extension path, more than a couple of hours for paste-URL), email support@lancerank.com with your profile URL and we'll look at the job queue.
