If a review contains a factual error or violates our policies, submit an Edit Request from the review menu. Choose "Review dispute" as the field type.
Provide:
- Specific quote from the review you're disputing
- Why it's wrong (factually) or violates policy
- Evidence — invoices, screenshots, contracts, platform-side records
We review within 5 business days under our DSA Article 16 process. Outcomes: keep the review as-is, edit/redact specific text, hide the review, or remove it entirely. Both you and the reviewer get a Statement of Reasons explaining the decision.
