How do I manually add a review I got on Upwork, Fiverr, or another platform?

Already have a great review on Fiverr, Upwork, or another platform? You can mirror it onto your LanceRank profile so clients read the actual words — not just an aggregate star rating. It's available to any claimed freelancer, Free or Pro. Once our team approves it, it appears on your public profile as "Verified by LanceRank QA — <platform>" with a clickable link back to the original.

Read this first — mirrored reviews are display-only. They do not change your LanceRank Score. When you connect a platform, its rating and review count already feed your score numerically — counting the text again would be double-counting. Mirroring just surfaces the words for hirers to read.

What you'll need:

  • The review open on the platform (to copy the text and grab its link)
  • A screenshot of the review (PNG, JPEG, or WebP — max 5MB, at least 300×300px)
  • About 2 minutes

Step 1 — Go to Dashboard → Reviews.

Step 2 — Find the "Already got reviews on Upwork, Fiverr, or another platform?" card and click "Add a platform review".

Step 3 — Pick the Platform (for example Fiverr) and enter the reviewer's first name.

Step 4 — Set the Rating (tap the stars) and the Project date.

Step 5 — Paste the review text verbatim — exactly as it appears on the platform (50–2000 characters). We compare it against your screenshot during review, so don't paraphrase.

Step 6 — Add the Source URL — the link to the review (or your profile) on that platform. If the link's site doesn't match the platform you picked, we'll flag it for a manual look.

Step 7 — Upload a screenshot of the review as proof it exists. PNG, JPEG, or WebP; max 5MB; at least 300×300px.

Step 8 — Tick the confirmation box ("I confirm this review is genuine…") and click "Submit for review".

Done — it's now pending. You'll get an email when our team approves it (usually within 2 business days). Once approved, it shows on your public profile labelled "Verified by LanceRank QA — Fiverr" with a link back to the source so clients can verify it themselves.

One rule: submit only genuine reviews. The screenshot and source URL exist so we can verify each one — fabricated reviews can get your profile suspended.
