Self-serve from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Enter your email + a confirmation phrase, click confirm. We process within 24 hours — often immediate.
What gets deleted:
- Your account login + email
- Your claim on the profile
- Your custom URL
- Direct reviews left for you (and the associated client emails)
- Vouched offline projects
- Active subscription (cancelled immediately, no further charge)
What stays:
- Anonymised aggregate data used for product analytics — stripped of anything identifying
- Reviews you LEFT for other freelancers — those are part of someone else's reputation, not yours
Deleting is different from requesting removal of an unclaimed profile. Removal is for the scraper stub built from public data before you ever signed up — see "How do I request removal" for that flow.
