Click the "Report this profile" link at the bottom of the profile in question. Our impersonation defense system will:
- Confirm your email
- Ask you to verify your identity (Stripe Identity OR Chrome extension on the original platform)
- Auto-resolve the report if you pass verification and the existing claimer hasn't verified
- Route to admin manual review if both you and the existing claimer are verified (rare collision case)
If you pass extension sync against the original platform URL, you're proving you control the platform account — which means the existing claimer doesn't. The system favours you automatically in that case.
Decisions are made within 24 hours per EU Digital Services Act requirements. Both you and the existing claimer get a Statement of Reasons explaining the outcome.
