How do I sign in if I can't access my magic-link email?

We don't use passwords. Every sign-in is one of:

  • A magic link sent to your registered email
  • Your linked OAuth account (LinkedIn, GitHub)

If you've lost access to your email AND your OAuth accounts aren't linked either, contact support@lancerank.com from any email address you have access to. Tell us:

  • Your LanceRank profile URL
  • Why you can't reach the original email (closed inbox, lost recovery, etc.)
  • What new email you'd like to use going forward

We'll verify ownership manually — typically via an invoice from your subscription, a Stripe Identity record, or a fresh ID upload — and then issue access to the new email. This usually takes 24-48 hours because a real human reviews each request.
