You have 7 days from claim to complete verification. During that window:
- Your profile is live publicly with an "identity pending" banner
- Review-request, ad-eligibility, name changes, public reply, and Pro upgrade are paused
- Platform reputation (badges, ratings) stays hidden
We send reminders at +24h, +72h, day 5, and day 6.
If you don't verify by day 7, the claim reverts and the profile goes back into the public marketplace. The username is reserved for 72 hours and then anyone (including you) can re-claim it cleanly.
