My client didn't get the review-request email — can you resend?

Yes — easy fix.

Go to Dashboard → Reviews, find the pending invitation in the list, and click "Resend". The email goes out fresh via Brevo (our transactional email infrastructure).

If it still doesn't land, the most likely cause is the client's spam filter. Two things to try:

  • Ask the client to check their spam / junk / promotions folder
  • Use the single-use review link instead. Same review form, but you copy a URL and paste it into a WhatsApp chat or text where you're already talking to the client. Cuts the email out entirely.

If a specific client domain (e.g. a corporate inbox that blocks external mail) keeps swallowing our messages, email support@lancerank.com. We can resend on your behalf from a different sender if there's a known deliverability issue with that domain.
